You have 30 days to notify & return an item from the date the item was received by you. To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if you choose to do so
Our return address will vary depending on which warehouse we ship your item from. BEFORE attempting to send anything back, please contact us so that we can provide the appropriate warehouse address to send the item back to.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or however you paid.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not offer a refund on an item because you simply changed your mind, don't like the colour/shape or no longer want the item.
NOTE: For certain select plastic items we sell (like some lips, side skirts, diffusers etc) we do not accept returns or do refunds for change of mind, not liking the items appearance, choosing the wrong product etc. If you are unclear on this or want to know which item this might be applicable to, please contact us with the link to the item you are enquiring about
NOTE: Be sure to make sure you fit your item BEFORE you decide to paint or alter it. We will not accept any returned product if you have already modified it.
The item must be in the same, original condition without any modifications.
Your item must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If item is damaged we require photos of the damage, any issues, the packaging, con note and how the item was received, before any refunds/exchanges etc will be given.
Refunds or partial refunds will only be given in the case of damage being our fault. In this case, we will organise with buyer a partial refund to allow for damage to be fixed or organise an alternative. In the event of a customer not being happy with the quality of larger items (bumper bars, bodykits etc) and wants to return it, the customer must pay for return freight at their own cost. We will work out with the customer a partial refund of the item. In saying this, we always work together to achieve an agreeable outcome for both parties.
Any cancellation of a purchase at any time after ordering, regardless of what type of product or material it's made of or for whatever reason, will attract a 20% restocking fee.
We will not be held liable for how a product has been fitted whether it is by you, someone you know or a professional. Our refund and returns policy covers the item itself, not how it has been fitted to a vehicle.
Note that some rural postcodes in Australia we cannot post to. However if you have worked out with us to pay an extra amount to be posted to your rural postcode (that we otherwise wouldn't have), then please note that we do not offer our usual refund/replace policy. Posting anything to these usually undeliverable postcodes voids any refund/replacement policy that we may normally offer.
Please choose your size/colour/style very carefully. We do not refund for change of mind, wrong colour choice, not liking the design or choosing the wrong size etc
Similar to our change of mind policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the item does not fit the customer.
We try our very best to make sure all pictures represent the accurate colour/style of the garment, however in some cases the shade, colouring or style of a garment may be slightly different than pictured.
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items: We will replace an item if it has been delivered with defects or wrong design, style/colour/sizes. On receipt of a photo of the item received, we will process and send out a replacement at no charge. You won't even need to send back the incorrect goods, you get to keep it!
