Shipping & Delivery
To calculate shipping to your address, simply add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and the shipping cost will automatically be displayed.
Please note that couriers cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses. A standard residential or business street address must be provided.
For larger items, we recommend using a business address, as many couriers apply additional charges for residential deliveries. In some cases, remote or residential delivery surcharges may apply that are not included in the initial shipping quote. If this occurs, we will contact you after ordering to discuss available options.
Order Processing
If an item is in stock and payment has been received, orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate once the order has been dispatched.
Some items such as fibreglass or carbon fibre parts are made to order. For these products, please allow approximately 8–28 business days for manufacturing before dispatch. Specific production timeframes are usually listed on the product page.
Please note: The delivery timeframes below apply after the item has been dispatched. Production times for made-to-order items are separate and listed on the product page.

QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT (metro areas)
3–8 business days
WA, NT, TAS (metro areas)
6–10 business days
Rural or remote areas
Please allow additional delivery time.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and location.
Please note that express shipping is not available due to the size and nature of many automotive parts.
Delivery Information
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Local pickup is not available.
For some deliveries, someone may need to be present to accept the package. If delivery cannot be completed and the item is returned, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Some courier companies may leave parcels at the delivery address without requiring a signature. Once the courier has confirmed delivery to the provided address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos or video showing the damage so we can assist.
Rural and Remote Areas
Some postcodes are classified as rural or remote by courier companies and may not be serviceable.
In certain cases, remote delivery surcharges may apply that were not included in the original shipping quote. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss available options before dispatch.
Large Item Deliveries
For some oversized items, the shipping cost may only cover delivery to a business address or courier depot. Many couriers charge additional fees for residential delivery of large packages.
If applicable, we may contact you after ordering to arrange:
• Delivery to a business address
• Collection from the courier depot
• Payment of any additional residential delivery charges
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Australia, import taxes, duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.
