Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number so we can provide return instructions.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned to our warehouse:
• In the same condition it was received
• Unused and unmodified
• In the original packaging
Items that have been installed, test fitted, modified, painted or used cannot be returned.
Please ensure items are packaged carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.
Please note:
• The original shipping cost is non-refundable
• A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the return has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the courier label / consignment note
• Photos showing how the item was received
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will organise either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number.
The item must be returned:
• In original packaging
• In unused condition
• Without any modifications or signs of installation
Exchanges are available for products of equal, lesser or greater value.
If the new item is higher in value, an invoice will be issued for the price difference once the original item has been received and approved.
If the new item is lower in value, the difference will be refunded.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• Shipping costs for the replacement item are also paid by the customer
Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved, and any required payment completed, the replacement item will be dispatched.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by a 30-day warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal on-road use.
Warranty does not cover:
• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or improper use
• Modifications or alterations
• Normal wear and tear
Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with their vehicle before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing and include your full vehicle details.
Before Requesting a Return
Before contacting us, please ensure:
• The item has not been installed or modified
• All original packaging is available
• Your order number is ready
