      Shipping & Delivery

      • To get an accurate shipping cost to your address, just add item to your cart, then proceed to next page and input your address and a shipping price will show.
      • Please note that couriers are not able to deliver to a PO BOX or Parcel Locker address. Please provide a standard residential or business address. We recommend a business address as most couriers are now charging a premium for residential addresses for larger items (more details further below).
      • If your order is in stock and your order is paid for, it usually ships within 1-4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information once shipped, to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
      • For fibreglass or carbon fibre items or any custom options please allow anywhere between 8-28 working days (dependent on item) for it to be made before being shipped. More info will be available in the product description.
      • For shipping times allow approx 3-8 business days for metro areas of QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT. Rural & remote areas allow at least several extra days. For metro areas of NT, WA, TAS allow approx 6-10 business days. Rural & remote areas allow at least several extra days. 
      • All our items are delivered to the address you supply. There is no option to pick up your item yourself.
      • Someone may need to be at the address given for delivery to accept the package. Otherwise a re-delivery fee will be charged if item is returned. Note that some courier companies will drop off a package at a customers address without the customer having to accept the package. This is unfortunately out of our control. Once a package has been dropped off to the designated address by a courier, we are not liable for it. 
      • If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery along with photo/s and/or video of any damage.
      • Note that some postcodes that are considered rural/remote by couriers and cannot be posted to. 
      • Note that for some outer postcodes that are deemed remote or rural by a courier company, that we may contact you after your purchase for an extra shipping fee that may not have been covered in the initial shipping amount paid. This is due to some of these postcodes being deemed more 'remote' or 'rural' than the shipping amount we've allowed. 
      • For some larger items please note that our shipping prices may only cover sending the item to a business address or the couriers depo address. Most couriers are now charging a premium to deliver to residential addresses, hence our shipping prices on these items will only cover sending it to a business or depo address. We may contact you after ordering to see if you may want to pay any extra for shipping to a residential address, to organise a different address or potentially picking the item up from the courier depo. 
      • For shipments outside of Australia bear in mind there may be some cases where you may have to pay some kind of import tax/duties etc. This is up to you to find out. We are not liable for any taxes/duties payable upon entry to your country.

        Change of Mind Returns

        • Need to return an item? No problems! We offer a 30 day return policy for your peace of mind
        • If you wish to return your order, please send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order along with your order number and we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
        • The item must be received back to our shipping warehouse in the same, original condition without any modifications or visible use. Your item must also be in the original packaging. 
        • Note that the original shipping fee is non refundable and there is a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping fee is at buyers expense.
        • Once your item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified that it has been received. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer's policies. Any original shipping fee paid is non refundable.

        Damaged or Incorrect Product

        • If item is damaged we require photos of the damage, the packaging, consignment note and how the item was received, within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once received and inspected we'll organise with you either a replacement item or refund.

        Exchanges

        • If you wish to exchange your item for another, please send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order along with your order number and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please also inform us what product you would like to exchange it with.
        • Customer can exchange for a product of equal, lesser or more value. If exchange product is of more value than originally purchased product, a payable invoice for the extra amount will be issued to customer once original item has been received back in as-new, resellable condition. If exchange product is of lesser value, a refund for the lesser amount will be issued.
        • The item must be received back to our shipping warehouse in the same original packaging and condition without any modifications or visible use. If returned item has visual signs of wear or use an exchange will not be issued.
        • Shipping of the original item back to our warehouse and return shipping to customer address of new item, is payable by the customer.
          Once your item/s is checked over, approved and any payable invoice paid, the exchange item will be shipped.

        Warranty Information

        • Warranty period on products is 30 days unless otherwise stated. This period covers on-road normal wear and tear use.

        Apparel

        • Please choose your size/colour/style very carefully. We do not refund for change of mind, wrong colour choice, not liking the design or choosing the wrong size etc
        • Similar to our change of mind policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the item does not fit the customer. 
        • We try our very best to make sure all pictures represent the accurate colour/style of the garment, however in some cases the shade, colouring or style of a garment may be slightly different than pictured.
        • Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items: We will replace an item if it has been delivered with defects or wrong design, style/colour/sizes. On receipt of a photo of the item received, we will process and send out a replacement at no charge. You won't even need to send back the incorrect goods, you get to keep it!

        Fibreglass Product Build Times

        Most fibreglass items are made to order.

        Please allow approximately 8–28 working days for manufacturing, depending on the item and seasonal demand.


        Why is my tracking number not updating?

        Tracking numbers may take 2–4 business days to show movement due to courier scanning delays.


        Why is shipping expensive?

        Many automotive parts are large and bulky.

        Freight charges are based on size as well as weight. Larger items such as bars and body kits incur higher shipping rates.

        Rural and remote deliveries may attract higher costs.
